Gateway House, Inc. is a unique program in Delaware that has always offered homeless and chronically homeless men

Gateway House is a 501C (3) governed by a nine-person Board of Directors. For over 20 years we have operated a 53 bed Supportive Housing Program with Section 8 rental assistance.

Gateway House Inc. Which currently is operating a 51-bed Supportive Permanent housing program for chronically homeless and at-risk men for over 20 years. It is one the largest single room occupancy in New Castle County, Delaware.

The day-to-day operation of the program is administered by an Executive Director, Accounting Manager, Property Manager, Case Manager, Facility Maintenance and other staff.
